“My calling is to help you realize and feel you are Divine Love. I do this by receiving your story, affirming with you, your Divinity, and letting everything else fall away.”
Thank you for taking the time to learn about my path to becoming a Spiritual Practitioner. As far back as I can remember, I have loved exploring the mysteries of how we relate to life, to each other, and to the Universal Powers That Be.
I was born into the New Thought teaching, and was raised being taught that the life that lives in us is good therefore we are good. We align ourselves with this good through prayer and meditation. Through our thoughts, words and actions we live this birthright of goodness.
With this basic teaching, my innate curiosity of how this could be lived in everyday life, continues to bring me to new and expansive studies.
While working in the mainstream workforce in the field of Information Technology, I took spiritually oriented courses, explored new age modalities, studied Spiritual Psychotherapy, Body Psychotherapy, and read extensively in all of these studies.
In 2009, I went back to my New Thought roots and studied scientific prayer. This had a profound resonance with me and I became a Practitioner of Religious Science.
In 2010, I became a Reiki Master and volunteered for six years with people who were in the final stage of life.
In 2012, I left the mainstream workforce.
In 2015, I met Louise Gabrielle Lake. With her, I found an energy healing modality that is harmonious with all that I have learned thus far. Her practice and her way of being with people who come to her, demonstrates for me a simple yet effective approach to healing, namely Inner AttuneMent. I continue to mentor with her.
In 2016, I discovered A Course in Miracles, and I continue to be a practicing student today.
About
Thank you for taking the time to learn about my path to becoming a Spiritual Practitioner. From my earliest memories I’ve been drawn to the mysteries of how we relate to life, to one another, and to the Universal Powers that guide us.
I was born into the New Thought tradition, and its central teaching—that the life within us is inherently good—has shaped my understanding of who we are. Prayer and meditation are the practices through which we align with that goodness; our thoughts, words, and actions express it. That simple, empowering idea has fueled a lifelong curiosity about how to live it out day to day.
While working in Information Technology, I pursued spiritually oriented studies alongside my career. I explored new-age modalities, studied Spiritual and Body Psychotherapy, and read widely across these fields. In returning to my New Thought roots I studied scientific prayer deeply and became a Practitioner of Religious Science, a practice that resonated profoundly with me. I also trained as a Reiki Master and spent six years volunteering with people in the final stage of life, offering presence and energetic support.
A pivotal influence for me was meeting Louise Gabrielle Lake. Through her I encountered an energy-healing approach that felt both simple and profoundly effective—Inner AttuneMent. Her way of being with those who come for healing continues to inform my practice, and I remain grateful for her mentorship.
I am also a continuing student of A Course in Miracles, which has further shaped my spiritual perspective and daily practice. All of these threads—New Thought, prayer, Reiki, psychotherapy studies, Inner AttuneMent, and ongoing study—interweave to form the foundation of my work as a Spiritual Practitioner. My focus is to hold a steady, compassionate presence and to offer tools that support personal growth, emotional well-being, and the recognition of the innate goodness within each person.
